Пшенка — один из самых доступных и распространенных в наших широтах продуктов, однако ее популярность гораздо ниже, чем у овсяной крупы. Предлагаем это исправить и освоить новое блюдо на завтрак — пшенную кашу на кокосовом молоке с попкорном.
Ингредиенты:
Пшено — 60 г
Кокосовое молоко — 120 г
Сахар — 15 г
Соль — 3 г
Попкорн — 10 г
Варенье из облепихи и тыквы — 10 г
Способ приготовления:
Пшено отварить. Добавить в сотейник кокосовое молоко, перемешать, выпарить и довести до вкуса солью и сахаром. Сверху выложить приготовленный попкорн и сервировать вареньем.
