Овсяная каша — вариант завтрака, который прост и сложен одновременно. Чтобы ее приготовить, нужно минимальное количество продуктов и времени, а чтобы получилось еще и вкусно — нужно знать секретные приемы. Шеф-повар ресторана Roots bar & bistro Кирилл Еселев предлагает варить геркулес на кокосовом молоке и с добавлением лимонной цедры.
Ингредиенты:
Геркулес — 1/2 стакана
Вода — 1/2 стакана
Молоко — 1/2 стакана
Кокосовое молоко — 1/2 стакана
Соль — 1 щепотка
Кориандр — 1 щепотка
Сахар — 3 ст. л.
Цедра — 1 лайм
Масло сливочное — 1 ч. л.
Приготовление:
1. Доведите в сотейнике воду до кипения, засыпьте геркулес, варите на среднем огне 3-5 минут.
2. Добавьте молоко, молоко кокосовое, сахар, соль и кориандр — варите на среднем огне еще 5 минут.
3. Подавайте с мелко натертой цедрой лайма и сливочным маслом.
