Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: брускетта со спаржей и яйцом-пашот

Бренд-шеф сети ресторанов Джейми Оливера Jamie`s Italian Маттео Лаи делится рецептом для воскресного завтрака, в котором в дуэте со спаржей выступает яйцо-пашот. Подавать это полезное и вкусное блюдо Маттео предлагает со свежей брускеттой.
Ингредиенты:
Чиабатта — 60 г
Яйцо — 1 шт
Оливковое масло — 20 г
Спаржа — 50 г
Соль и перец по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. Слегка обжарить спаржу на оливковом масле. Разрезать стебли пополам, посолить, поперчить.
2. Нарезать чиабатту на кусочки и отправить в духовку на 5-7 минут при температуре 180 градусов.
3. Разбить одно яйцо и поместить белок и желток в чашку. Важно, чтобы желток остался целым. Вскипятить воду в кастрюле и с помощью ложки перемешать, чтобы получилась воронка. Аккуратно выложить яйцо в воду и варить в течение 2 минут.
4. Положить спаржу на кусок чиабатты, а сверху с помощью ложки с дырками выложить яйцо-пашот.
