Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: рисовая каша с тыквой, орехами, медом и корицей

До Хэллоуина рукой подать, но отрепетировать этот день стоит заранее. Например, потренироваться укротить тыкву в процессе приготовления оригинальной каши, как рекомендуют повара модного гастрономического проекта ХИЩNIK Стейкs&Burgers.

Ингредиенты (на 2 порции):

Молоко — 400 мл

Вода — 400 мл

Рис — 80 г

Тыква очищенная — 200 г

Соль — 5 г

Мед — 30 г

Масло сливочное — 20 г

Корица — 2 г

Грецкий орех — 20 г

Кедровые — 10 г

Цедра апельсина — 2 г

Способ приготовления:

1. Налить в сотейник молоко и воду, добавить сливочное масло и соль, поставить на огонь.

2. Рис промыть в холодной воде, чтобы избавиться от лишнего крахмала, и добавить в сотейник.

3. Тыкву очистить и нарезать кубиками.

4. После закипания молока продолжать варить 15 минут, помешивая.

5. Добавить тыкву и варить еще 10 минут, до готовности тыквы.

6. Добавить мед, орехи и корицу.

7. При подаче украсить цедрой апельсина.
