Ингредиенты:
Рис — 70 г
Молоко — 150 мл
Сливки — 50 мл
Сахар — 15 г
Соль — 5 г
Брусничное варенье — 15 г
Виноград — 30 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Промыть рис в холодной воде, пока вода не станет прозрачной. Налить 2 стакана холодной воды.
2. Поставить на плиту, довести до кипения и варить под крышкой на очень слабом огне 20 минут. Когда испарится вода и рис будет готов, налить молоко и сливки. Варить, помешивая, еще 5-7 минут, в конце варки добавить соль и сахар.
3. Подавать кашу с брусничным вареньем и виноградом.
