Завтрак — одна из немногих трапез, когда десерты можно есть без зазрения совести. HELLO.RU предлагает утолить аппетит и позволить себе запретный сладкий плод, следуя инструкциям шеф-повара ресторана «Дружба» Ивана Яковлева. В меню сегодняшнего утра — крем-брюле со свежими ягодами и сгущенкой.
Ингредиенты:
Сливки — 80 мл
Ваниль — 2 стручка
Сахар — 20 г
Желток — 1 шт
Вареное сгущенное молоко — 40 г
Клубника — 20 г
Голубика — 20 г
Малина — 20 г
Способ приготовления:
Сливки с ванилью подогреть, довести до кипения, отставить в сторону, дать остыть. Перемешать желток с сахаром, добавить в массу с ванилью, перемешать и процедить. В жаропрочную посуду выложить сгущенку, сверху полученную массу и поставить в духовку, разогретую до 100 градусов, запекать 1 час 20 минут на водяной бане.
При подаче смешать полученный крем-брюле с ягодами.
