В Израиле — это шакшука, во Франции — яйца Бенедикт, в Грузии — омлет с сулугуни… Если вы являетесь преданным поклонником подобных блюд, но уже перепробовали, кажется, все что только возможно — предлагаем пополнить копилку рецептов новым блюдом. Шеф-повар ресторана Umi Oysters рассказывает, как приготовить омлет по-японски с рисом, форелью, кунжутом и васаби.
Ингредиенты:
Яйцо — 2 шт
Молоко — 40 мл
Растительное масло — 5 гр
Крем-чиз — 40 гр
Форель слабосоленая — 40 гр
Перец острый — 2 гр
Кунжут и васаби — 1 гр
Руккола — 10 гр
Рис — 70 гр
Соль — по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. Яйца взбить с молоком. Жарить омлет до полуготовности на растительном масле. Добавить по вкусу соль.
2. По центру омлета выложить крем-чиз, рядом форель.
3. Завернуть омлет конвертом. Порезать пополам поперек. Выложить друг на друга.
4. Рис отворить до готовности.
5. Украсить блюдо перцем, кунжутом и васаби. Рядом выложить рукколу и рис.
