Пшенная каша — нежное и воздушное блюдо, которое отлично подходит для неспешного воскресного завтрака. Помимо приятных вкусовых свойств, раскрывающихся в пшенке во время ее приготовления, крупа имеет целый набор «суперспособностей» — она отличается низкой аллергенностью, имеет высокое содержание витаминов, растительных жиров и медленно усваиваемых углеводов, которые отвечают за вывод шлаков из организма и улучшают его обменные процессы. Сегодня HELLO.RU расскажет, как приготовить пшенную кашу на кокосовом молоке с яблоком и корицей.
Ингредиенты:
Пшено — 100 г
Кокосовое молоко — 200 г
Соевое молоко — 100 г
Тростниковый сахар — 10 г
Соль — 2 г
Масло сливочное — 10 г
Курага — 25 г
Яблоко (целое, небольшое) — 150 г
Мед гречишный — 20 г
Корица — одна палочка
Мята (для украшения) — 3 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Хорошо промыть пшено. Отварить в течение 10 мин.
2. Слить воду, добавить кокосовое и соевое молоко. Варить еще 10 мин.
3. Пока варится пшено, запечь яблоко. Для этого удалить сердцевину так, чтобы у яблока осталось дно. Заполнить центр медом и положить внутрь палочку корицы. Запечь в духовке в течение 10 минут при температуре 200 градусов.
4. Снять кашу с огня, добавить сахар и соль. Перемешать.
5. Выложить кашу в глубокое блюдо. В центр поместить запеченное яблоко.
6. Посыпать кашу порезанной на мелкие кубики курагой. Украсить мятой и выложить по кругу кусочки сливочного масла.
