Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: омлет-страпаццата с лососем и муссом из авокадо
Вопрос, чем позавтракать в Риме, у туристов не стоит: десятки кофеен, багетерий и пиццерий открыты в вечном городе с самого утра. Сами жители Рима предпочитают начинать свой день с одного из двух блюд — сладких булочек маритоццо, которые подают практически в каждом заведении города вместе с кофе, или яичницы страпаццата. Секретом второго блюда мы сегодня и хотим с вами поделиться.
Ингредиенты:
2 яйца
50 г молока
30 г оливкового масла
10 г свежего шпината
80 г маринованного лосося
40 г свежих помидоров
70 г авокадо
10 г лука
5 г лимонного сока
20 г хлебных крутонов
Способ приготовления:
1. Взбить яйца с молоком и оливковым маслом.
2. Поджарить на среднем огне 1-2 минуты до готовности.
3. Хлеб для крутонов обжарить на сковороде-гриль без масла.
4. Авокадо размять в пюре. Добавить мелко порезанный свежий лук и лимонный сок.
5. Подавать с тонко порезанными ломтиками маринованного лосося и помидоров, листьями свежего шпината, пюре из авокадо и крутонами.
