Фриттата — традиционное итальянское блюдо, которое имеет множество вариаций. Главным ее ингредиентом являются яйца, а вот виды сыра, овощей и мяса — каждый может выбирать на свой вкус. Неаполитанскую фриттату готовят с добавлением макарон, крестьянскую — с луком-пореем и пармезаном. Мы же предлагаем вам попробовать вариант с фасолью, томатами и базиликом. Получается не только вкусно, но и очень сытно.

Ингредиенты:

1 ст.л. оливкового масла
2 чашки томатов черри
1 чашка черной или красной фасоли
8 яиц
1 ст.л. листьев свежего базилика
Соль и перец
50 г моцареллы

Способ приготовления:

1. Разогрейте оливковое масло на небольшой сковороде, добавьте разрезанные напополам томаты и фасоль, посолите, поперчите по вкусу и обжаривайте в течение 5 минут на среднем огне. 

2. В небольшой миске взбейте яйца, базилик, посолите, поперчите.

3. Медленно влейте яичную смесь в сковороду с томатами и фасолью. Добавьте сыр, накройте крышкой и готовьте 15-20 минут.
