Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: блины с черникой и маскарпоне

Масленица подходит к концу, и завершить эту неделю мы предлагаем так же, как мы ее дружно начинали, — с блинного застолья. В меню сегодняшнего утра блины с черничным соусом и сыром маскарпоне из ресторана Patara.

Ингредиенты:

Для блинов:

Мука — 200 гр
Сахар — 40 гр
Яйцо — 5 шт
Молоко — 600 мл

Для начинки:

Черника — 30 гр
Сахар тростниковый — 5 гр
Маскарпоне — 100 гр
Сливки — 40 гр
Лук зеленый — 10 гр
Соль — по вкусу

Способ приготовления:

1. Все ингредиенты для блинов смешиваем. Обжариваем на сковороде с двух сторон.

2. Взбиваем сыр маскарпоне со сливками до кремообразной массы. Смешиваем чернику с сахаром, затем добавляем 100 миллилитров горячей воды и доводим до кипения (соль по вкусу).

3.  Выкладываем начинку и придаем каждому блину форму мешочка.

  5. Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
