Манго — 80 г

Фисташки — 2 г
Для приготовления базы тапиоки:
Тапиока — 40 г
Кокосовое молоко — 250 г
Молоко — 250 г
Сахар — 50 г
Приготовление:
1. Соединить тапиоку, кокосовое молоко, обычное молоко и сахар, довести до кипения. Прокипятить 3-5 минут на очень слабом огне. Остудить до комнатной температуры, затем перелить в емкость и остудить в холодильнике.
2. Манго очистить, нарезать крупными кубиками. На плите в сотейнике прогреть нарезанное манго, сливочное масло и сахарный сироп. Теплое манго выложить на приготовленную тапиоку. Украсить свежей малиной, стружкой кокоса и рубленой фисташкой.
