Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: салат с козьим сыром, грушей, авокадо и клубникой

Когда завтракать кашей, сырниками, омлетом и всем тем, что принято готовить утром, надоело, присмотритесь к блюдам из меню обеденного. Взбодриться и начать этот день с настроем на позитив вам поможет салат из свежих фруктов и рукколы. Рецептом с HELLO.RU поделился шеф-повар ресторана «Донна Маргарита», недавно представивший специальное летнее меню.
Ингредиенты (1 порция):
Микс-салат — 10 гр
Руккола — 10 гр
Груша — 50 гр
Авокадо — 50 гр
Клубника — 40 гр
Кедровые орешки — 3 гр
Тыквенные семечки — 3 гр
Козий сыр — 25 гр
Оливковое масло — 5 гр
Ингредиенты для соуса:
Груша — 90 гр
Клубника — 50 гр
Уксус грушевый — 5 гр
Масло оливковое — 15 гр
Соль и перец
Способ приготовления:
1. Готовим соус. Очищаем грушу, убираем семечки, разрезаем на несколько частей. У клубники убираем хвостики. Грушу, клубнику, уксус грушевый, оливковое масло, соль, перец кладем в чашку и пробиваем блендером до однородного состояния. Соус готов.
2. Готовим салат. Нарезаем все ингредиенты: козий сыр режем мелким кубиком, грушу очищаем, убираем косточки и нарезаем соломкой, авокадо очищаем и нарезаем соломкой, клубнику разрезаем на 4-6 частей, в зависимости от размера ягоды. В глубокую тарелку кладем микс-салат, рукколу, сверху кладем нарезанную грушу и ягоды клубники, посыпаем кедровыми орешками и тыквенными семечками, кладем нарезанные авокадо и козий сыр. Заправляем салат оливковым маслом и поливаем соусом из груши и клубники.
