Настроиться на правильную волну поможет энергичная прогулка, йога и спорт, про который вы наверняка забыли в череде веселых деньков. А вот прийти вашему желудку «в себя» после недели беспорядочного застолья поможет наш новый рецепт — рисовой каши, которая славится абсорбирующим эффектом.
Ингредиенты:
Рис — 100 г
Вода — 70 г
Банан — 1 шт
Кокосовое молоко — 70 г
Молоко — 100 г
Сливочное масло — 15
Сахар тростниковый — 10 г (на карамелизацию)
Мята — 1 г
Кокосовая стружка — 2 г
Соль по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1. Рис промыть. Сварить в смеси молока, воды и кокосового молока до готовности. Добавить сливочное масло, положить соль и сахар по вкусу.
2. Банан очистить, нарезать вдоль и пополам, посыпать сахаром и обжечь горелкой. Запечь в духовке при температуре 160 градусов 5 минут.
3. Кашу выложить в тарелку. Сверху выложить банан. Украсить кокосовой стружкой и рубленой мятой.
