Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: овсянка с копчеными говяжьими ребрами
Настоящий мужской завтрак — сытный, аппетитный и желательно мясной. Идеальный женский — легкий и низкокалорийный. Если нет времени готовить два блюда, угождая и «нашим и вашим», попробуйте найти компромисс. Как оказалось, диетическая овсянка неплохо сочетается с сочными говяжьими ребрышками, луком, чесноком и тимьяном.
Ингредиенты:
говяжьи ребра грудные копченые — 200 г
овсяная крупа — 150 г
лук-шалот — 5 г
чеснок — 5 г
тимьян — 5 г
раст.масло — 1 ст. л.
сливочное масло — 10 г
белое вино — 1 ст. л.
соус барбекю — 100 г
Способ приготовления:
1. Отварить овсянку до готовности.
2. Обжарить на сковороде лук, чеснок, добавить белое вино и затем выпарить. Посолить по вкусу.
3. Добавить на сковороду вареную овсянку.
4. Обжарить копченые ребра вместе с соусом барбекю в течение 2-х минут с каждой стороны.
5. Добавить в овсянку холодное сливочное масло и зелень.
6. Выложить овсянку на тарелку, сверху добавить копченые говяжьи ребра.
