Чиабатта — 50 г
Сливки — 30 г

Огурец маринованный — 10 г
Угорь — 20 г
Пармезан тертый — 10 г
Соус голландский — 80 г (можно купить в магазине или приготовить самим)
Соль
Способ приготовления:
1. Чиабатту пожарить на гриле.
2. Приготовить скрэмбл: яйца со сливками смешать, добавить соль и готовить на водяной бане, в конце добавить сливочное масло.
3. Чиабатту смазать творожным сыром, выложить на нее скрэмбл, затем помидоры и огурцы — очищенные, нарезанные кубиком, заправленные маслом и солью — и копченый угорь. Полить блюдо голландским соусом и украсить зеленью.
