Рецепт для воскресного завтрака: блины с карамельно-апельсиновым соусом и свежими ягодами
Утро воскресенья — идеальное время, чтобы встать пораньше и приготовить большую стопку блинов для своих близких, вспомнив семейные традиции. Обжаривать блинчики предлагаем до хруста и подавать на французский манер — с апельсиново-карамельным соусом.
Ингредиенты:
Мука — 350 г
Яйца — 4 шт.
Соль — 5 г
Сахар — 70 г (4 столовых ложки)
Молоко — 1 л
Растительное масло — 80 мл
Щепотка соды, гашеная уксусом
Свежие ягоды (на выбор)
Карамельно-апельсиновый соус:
Апельсиновый фреш — 100 мл
Сахар — 200 г
Глюкоза жидкая — 40 мл
Приготовление:
1. Все ингредиенты для блинчиков перемешать с помощью миксера.
2. Перед жаркой добавить растительное масло и еще раз хорошо перемешать.
3. Смазать сковороду маслом с помощью бумажного полотенца и приступать к выпеканию блинов.
4. Для соуса: процедить апельсиновый фреш и вылить в сотейник, добавить сахар и жидкую глюкозу и уваривать, помешивая, в течение 5-10 минут до загустения.
5. Выложить блины на тарелку, полить соусом, украсить свежими ягодами и сахарной пудрой.
